Jakob Fuhr Hansen is Co-Founder and Partner at Flair Capital and has more than 15 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance and entrepreneurship. He has advised on and executed a large number of investments, capital raises, company sales, acquisitions and IPOs for growth companies, investors and investment funds.
Prior to founding Flair Capital, Jakob was Partner and Investment Director at Vækstfonden, responsible for investments in Danish growth companies. He was involved in a strong growth journey with several successful investments, significant growth cases and subsequent exits, and helped build an extensive network among investors, companies and advisors.
Efter Vækstfonden var Jakob medstifter af kapitalfonden Nordic Alpha Partners, som investerer i vækstvirksomheder inden for teknologi og bæredygtighed med internationalt potentiale. På tværs af to fonde har fonden rejst mere end EUR 380 mio. og bidraget til at tiltrække over EUR 1 mia. i vækstkapital til porteføljeselskaberne, herunder gennem to børsnoteringer med kapitaltilførsler på mere end DKK 1,4 mia.
Jakob has previously founded and sold several companies within ICT, energy and real estate. His background as an entrepreneur has given him a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by business owners and management teams in connection with growth, capital raising and ownership transitions.
Jakob holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Aarhus University.
