About Søren Christiansen

Søren Christiansen is Co-Founder and Partner at Flair Capital and has more than 25 years of experience in business development, investments, capital raising and board work.

Søren has a background as co-founder of AS3, an outplacement company that developed into a leading Nordic company with activities in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland and more than 200 employees before his exit. He later became co-founder and Chairman of OSUMA, a talent assessment company for day-care institutions, which was subsequently sold to COOP Denmark.

As a professional board member, Søren has worked with strategic development, capital raising, commercialisation and scaling in a number of growth companies. He has, among other things, been an active investor and board profile in companies such as Hungry, Temponizer, Mobaro and MoreMusic.

In addition, Søren has co-authored several handbooks and manuals on topics including exit processes, board work, career planning, coaching and capital raising and company sales, including “En værdig opsigelse”, “De Syv Trin” and Flair Capital’s “Seven Steps”.

Søren holds an MSc in International Business from Aarhus University.
