Flair Capital has advised Privathospitalet Kollund in connection with a generational transition and a successful capital raise.
Privathospitalet Kollund is now entering a new chapter with Sune Nabe Frederiksen as new CEO, Peter Bager as new Chairman of the Board, new owners, and growth capital from a group of investors.
The former owners, Chief Physician Carsten Bruun and CEO Elin Nielsen-Gehrt, wished to complete a generational transition with a focus on preserving the hospital’s strong values and high professional standards.
With the new management team and capital in place, Privathospitalet Kollund is strongly positioned to expand its market position. The growth plan includes, among other initiatives, the establishment of a hospital unit in Esbjerg and an increased focus on partnerships with insurance companies and preventive healthcare services.
