Flair Capital has advised Implantatklinik København and Smiledesigns in connection with the sale to OC Tandklinikker, part of Swedish Oral Care AB.
The transaction comprises two specialised dental clinics in Denmark. Implantatklinik København has more than 30 years of experience and offers a broad range of treatments, while Smiledesigns specialises in aligner treatments and ranks among the global top 1% measured by the number of completed Invisalign treatments.
The clinics’ side-by-side location on Nørre Farimagsgade in Copenhagen supports strong clinical collaboration and a coherent patient journey. The acquisition marks OC Tandklinikker’s entry into the Danish market and supports its broader Nordic growth strategy.
