Flair Capital is proud to have advised Implantatklinik København and Smiledesigns in relation with their sale to OC Tandklinikker, part of Sweden’s Oral Care AB.
The transaction involves two of Denmark’s strongest specialised dental clinics and marks a new chapter for both Implantatklinik København and Smiledesigns as part of OC Tandklinikker.
Implantatklinik København is a specialised clinic with more than 30 years of experience and a broad treatment offering ranging from general dentistry to advanced procedures. Since its establishment, the clinic has achieved significant growth and is today one of the largest standalone clinics in the country.
Smiledesigns specialises in aligner treatments and has built a strong market position through a highly focused approach. Today, the company ranks among the top 1% globally based on the number of completed Invisalign treatments.
The clinics’ side-by-side location on Nørre Farimagsgade in Copenhagen supports a strong professional collaboration and enables patients to benefit from an integrated and seamless treatment journey.
The acquisition marks OC Tandklinikker’s entry into the Danish market and is also one of the largest transactions in the Danish dental sector to date, supporting the group’s continued Nordic growth strategy. As part of OC Tandklinikker, and thereby Oral Care AB, both clinics gain access to a strong Nordic professional community with a shared focus on high quality and patient safety, while also establishing a solid foundation for continued development.
