Flair Capital has advised Media Group Denmark ApS in connection with the sale of a minority stake to FUNKE Digital.
The transaction establishes a strategic partnership with one of Germany’s largest media groups. With FUNKE Digital as co-owner, Media Group Denmark is strongly positioned to continue its growth both nationally and internationally, including further expansion in Scandinavia. FUNKE Digital’s investment has been completed as part of the group’s international expansion and will, among other things, support joint journalistic projects, content collaborations, commercial initiatives, and knowledge sharing across markets.
