Flair Capital has advised Interiør A/S in connection with the sale of a stake to Witt A/S. Interiør A/S has roots in the Danish furniture and interior design sector and was acquired by Janus Mortensen in 2015, after which the business was further developed with a broader product range and increased digital focus. Later that same year, the webshop Interiorshop.dk was launched, which today complements the physical store.
Interiør A/S sells furniture, lighting, decorative objects, and interior design products to both private and commercial customers across Scandinavia.
With Witt A/S as a new partner, Interiør A/S has a stronger foundation for developing the business further and strengthening its ambition to build a larger Scandinavian platform.
