Flair Capital has advised HMK Bilcon A/S and the company’s majority shareholders in connection with the transaction with Dansk Ejerkapital. HMK Bilcon is an Aalborg-based industrial company specialising in customised tank, container, and mobile trailer solutions for, among others, the defence and healthcare sectors.
The transaction comprises the sale of a minority stake to Dansk Ejerkapital, while the owner-managers continue in the new ownership structure.
With Dansk Ejerkapital as a new co-owner, HMK Bilcon gains an experienced Danish capital partner to support the company’s continued growth, professionalisation, and development.
