We are pleased to announce that Simon Rokkjær Odgaard is stepping into the role of Associate, following his previous roles as Junior Associate and, before that, Junior Analyst. Simon has been part of Flair Capital since 2023 and has built strong capabilities in financial modelling, preparation of transaction materials, and active involvement in due diligence processes.
In his new role, Simon will continue to contribute to the analysis team, where he will also take on day-to-day responsibility.
