Kasper Damsø is Associate Partner at Flair Capital and works on selected projects. He helps companies with strategy and operational insights for commercial progress.
He also has a long-standing background from the Danish Defence, including as Head of the Training Department in the Sirius Dog Sled Patrol, UN Observer and Captain in the Danish Army and Navy.
Kasper holds an MSc in Psychology from Roskilde University and has completed the Executive Board Program at INSEAD. With his combination of leadership experience, analytical strength and international experience, he contributes structure, perspective and strategic sparring.
