Palle Nørgaard is Senior Associate Partner at Flair Capital and has more than 30 years of experience in M&A, investments and advisory. He has participated in approximately 150 transactions and has worked with acquisitions and divestments, strategic advisory, ownership matters and transaction processes across industries and growth stages.
Palle co-founded Advizer, later Clearwater International, and has since established Dealhaus, Norgaard Consult and PalleNorgaard. Throughout his career, he has advised companies on M&A processes, ownership structures and strategic opportunities in both Danish and international transactions.
Palle has also founded and co-owned several companies across industries. He has held active roles on a number of boards and ownership circles, including Scanvogn, Claire Group, Viktech, Merito and Bolighuset Living.
With experience from both advisory, ownership and board work, Palle contributes commercial insight, transaction experience and strategic sparring in working with companies, owners, investors and M&A processes.
